- SHIPPING POLICY :
When will my order be processed?
When you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It is from there when we will begin to process your order. All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Seville with a private shipping company. We process orders from Monday to Friday, within 48 business hours from the date you made your purchase, although our shipping times are 3 to 5 business days, we try to send it to you within 24 hours after. But, be careful! You should keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends.
Please, if you have placed an order, but do not receive a confirmation email, check the Spam and Promotions folder of your email; If you don't find it, write to us at dime@lamalcriá.com. We will help you with everything related to it.
Regarding delivery times , we will try to have the order at your home in 24-48 hours (if you reside in the Iberian Peninsula), up to approximately 10 business days (if you reside in Ceuta or Melilla, Canary Islands or Balearic Islands) or up to Approximately 15 business days (if you place the order from Europe). Shipments abroad are certified and may be delayed due to the Covid situation, transport strikes or any other reason beyond our company's control.
In order to manage your shipment we will request your data. It is essential that you pay special attention to them, since, if there is an error in the address, and our shipping company is unable to deliver for this reason, the package will probably come back to our address and THE SPOILERS will not assume the costs of a second shipment . If you make a mistake in your delivery address, we will do our best modify it, but if it has already left our office, you will have to pay the costs involved in resending it.

The shipping cost will depend on the destination of the package:
For shipments to Iberian Peninsula , the shipping cost will be €3.99 with our private transport agency. This shipment is an ordinary shipment, with home delivery within 48 business hours following its departure from our office.
For shipments addressed to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Autonomous City of Ceuta or Autonomous City of Melilla , the cost will be €8.99 and they are sent through CORREOS Spain. The free shipping promotions that we usually apply never They contemplate shipments outside the Peninsula.
For shipments to Europe, the shipping cost will be €12.99 and any other non-EU country, the shipping cost will be €18.99 or higher. Free shipping promotions never They include shipments outside of Spain.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, our shipping times are 3 to 5 business days in the peninsula. Although, we try to send it to you within 24/48 hours.
- REFUND POLICY
1.- How to make a return:
Making a return is very simple. At Malcria we accept exchanges or returns within the established period as long as the garment is in perfect condition.
The garments must be returned new, unused and with all the components of their packaging and labels of origin attached to the garment as they were sent.
Shipping costs are not refunded in any case.
If you want to exchange any of the garments for another size or for another product, let us know via email or Instagram along with your order number and we will tell you the steps to follow.
WHAT ITEMS DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
Exchanges and returns of products that have been used or outside the return period are not allowed. Nor jewelry or accessories.
HOW SHOULD I DO TO MAKE A RETURN?
To return or exchange any of our garments, you must follow the same procedure: send us a message or email to @malcria.company or dime@lamalcriá.com . Indicate in the subject whether it is an exchange or a return. and the order number.

After that, we will contact you to provide you with the address to send the product(s) you wish to exchange or return.
If the reason for the return is a size change, the customer will be responsible for the shipping amount to send us the product. Malcriá will only assume the cost of shipping the new size.

WHAT IS THE PERIOD TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A RETURN?
The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the arrival of the package. It will always be the customer who assumes the shipping costs.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the return is approved, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order by refunding the credit or debit card with which you made the purchase within a maximum period of 15 business days. The amount of the return corresponds to the purchase you made, not including shipping costs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Malcriá reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, which do not meet the conditions of our returns policy.
In that case, the garments will be sent back to the recipient with postage due and no refund will be given.

To do this, you must wrap the garment in the packaging itself or in a bag, which must be properly sealed to protect the garment and prevent it from being damaged during transport. It is important that the garment is in the same condition in which it was sent and has not been worn.
